We provide Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA, SDS, TDS, NMR, HPLC, MS, Health certificate, Certificate of Original, etc. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.
Prompt delivery. We have good cooperation with many professional forwarders, We can send the products to you once you confirm the order.
We can accept various payment methods: T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, etc.
Proforma invoice will be sent first after confirmation of the order, enclosed our bank information. Payment by T/T, Western Union, or Alibaba insurance.
The following is the refund situation:
- The responsibility for proving the wrong order lies with LDCHEM.
- Facts have proved that the product is not up to standard (you must make a statement within 3 days of receiving our product).
- After the return, we will keep it for use in the next order. If you need to process a refund, please tell the salesman you are communicating with, and our financial staff will process the refund for you after verification.
If the receiving address, zip code, telephone number, and other information in the order are incorrect or not detailed, it will affect the delivery of your order. So please ensure the accuracy of the above information so that the goods can be dispatched in a timely and accurate manner. Couriers and freight companies will not deliver goods to your door, and the delivery time will be postponed later on weekends or holidays.- The possible reasons for not receiving all the goods: A. The express and the airline companies have lost the goods in the delivery; B. The goods are missed at the time of delivery.
